Education and Training

Dr. Mark E. Richards began his quest to become a cosmetic surgeon as an undergraduate at Yale University. After graduating with honors, he was accepted into the School of Medicine at the University of Maryland. Cosmetic surgery was then a burgeoning segment of the medical industry, and it was at medical school that Dr. Richards discovered his passion.

Well on his way to becoming a cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Richards completed five years of residency learning general surgery techniques, followed by two years of residency in plastic surgery. Dr. Richards developed an affection for the Washington, D.C. area while in school, and decided to offer his help to patients throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia, quickly becoming the area's cosmetic surgeon of choice. Dr. Richard holds certifications from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and strives to constantly keep his skills and knowledge up-to-date via hours of continuing medical education (CME).

Ageless Impressions Plastic Surgery Institute is a cosmetic surgery practice that is committed to serving its clients as kindly and professionally as possible. Shanon is a patient’s first point of contact when arriving at or communicating with the Ageless Impressions Plastic Surgery Institute. Shanon answers our phone calls and helps our clients schedule their appointments.

Laura - Practice Administrator

In addition to serving as the practice administrator, Laura works with our patients as a patient liaison, and is here to help them with any questions they may have before, during, or after their treatments. She is very knowledgeable about our practice and its procedures, and will gladly keep you informed of anything you need to know about the procedures you have chosen.

Robin - Assistant Practice Administrator

Robin serves as the financial liaison for the Ageless Impressions Plastic Surgery Institute, assisting our patients with their accounts and statements. She is knowledgeable about our procedures and serves as your point of contact for any questions that you may have pertaining to payment and other financial arrangements.

Jane E. - Patient Liaison/Office Nurse

Jane E. fulfills a dual role as our office nurse and as our second highly trained patient liaison. She makes it her mission to ensure that your time with us at our practice is as pleasant and safe as possible. She also has expertise in advanced BOTOX® and injectable filler techniques.

Linda - Medical Aesthetician

Linda is the on-staff licensed medical aesthetician at Ageless Impressions Plastic Surgery Institute. With her skill and attentiveness to detail, she makes sure that your skin is as smooth and beautiful as possible so that you can display the results to the world with confidence. She is also trained in therapeutic massage and lymph drainage, which has been a great benefit to our patients (and staff!).
